Though Hardigg offers the widest range of standard case sizes and configurations in the industry, we specialize in creating custom solutions to meet specific needs. In fact, many of our cases were originally designed for a precise application. Our CAD-equipped engineers work with clients to create the ideal case for any application, and with an in-house mold-making machine shop capable of turning out molds up to 17 feet long, we can handle any design challenge.

If we do not have the case size you are looking for we will discuss creating a new mold size or meeting your requirement with a cut and weld case. A cut and weld case uses a welding process to combine two or more cases to create the exact size required. Hardigg can also create a custom cushioning system for any type of sensitive product.
