Massachusetts Alliance for International Business Honors Hardigg Industries for their commitment to increasing international business

Hardigg Industries has been awarded the 2008 Chairman's Award from the Massachuesetts Alliance for International Business (MAIB).
Award Criteria for Nominees
• Increased or retained jobs in Massachusetts by entering new international markets
• Demonstrated new or creative solutions to the challenges of exporting
• Produced or adapted a product line or service for a foreign market
• Established alliances or partnerships to increase international trade
• Invested in infrastructure or manufacturing in the Commonwealth to enhance trade
To assist and support Hardigg's headquarters in South Deerfield, MA, new distribution and sales facilities in France, the United Kingdom and Canada have been added in recent years. Hardigg products are currently sold to 74 countries around the world.
Past International Trade Achievement award receipients have included the Gillette Company, Boston University, Liberty Mutual, BankBoston, Raytheon Corporation, among many others.
